Ordered this product as a second dance pad to go along with our Wii Dance Dance Revolution (which came with one dance pad). DDR and the included dance pad have worked great since we got them last Christmas but we were looking forward to team play with a second dance pad, and the Ezdance Dance Pad Wii seemed like a good choice from the description. Product arrived looking in fine condition, but was not recognized by the Wii console when plugged in. We could confirm that the problem was not the Wii console ports, as the original dance pad worked fine in any of the four ports. Called the manufacturer and was told that I would have to pay for shipping of the defective product, and they would not ship out a replacement until they received the defective unit. I explained to them that the product was defective out of the box, and that I felt I should not have to pay shipping for their mistake. I was told that it is their policy to have the customer pay for shipping of their defective merchandise. Needless to say that they have lost me as a customer. Fortunately, Amazon was happy to pay return shipping within the first 30 days.

I recently purchased this item and I still haven't figured out how to plug it in. It doesn't have a usb plug and I don't know how to do it with the hardware that is on it. Do I need to buy another piece to plug it in? Can anyone tell me? I tried going to the company but they don't have a customer service or even a FAQ page. Please let me know since I would like to play the games. Thanks
