It has a plastic top, not too slippery on the feet - a little bit of texture to it which works. <br /> <br />It doesn't sit completely flat on the ground if you don't stick it down with something (perhaps some doubled-over duct tape) - keep this in mind if you buy it. It can also slip around underneath you if you don't stick it down.
